I went into the office to discuss selling my apartment and, within the hour, they were round at the property talking through the options with me. As a landlord living around 90 minutes away, I wanted the process to be simple and well managed, and they handled everything smoothly from start to finish.

They gave good, practical advice on how to present and sell the property better. When it came to the selling price, they challenged my thinking in a helpful way, but never made me feel like they were just saying no or pushing me in one direction.
